This fundraiser event is open to all veterans and supporters. Spouses, children, friends, and family are welcome to attend! Group events and amenities are exclusively available to guests booked through MOORE Travel. Guests booked directly through Royal Caribbean or another travel agency/website will not be included in group events or the fundraiser credits made by Royal Caribbean.
Price includes cruise, port charges, taxes, and gratuities. Attendees will enjoy fine dining, live music and shows, fitness center, nightlife and more – all covered by the cruise fare. Please note, itineraries may change as conditions warrant. Prices are per person based on double occupancy. Additional staterooms may be available upon request. Limited number of staterooms are available in group space. Air quotes are available upon request with Royal Caribbean Air2Sea Department.
Deposits are due October 3, 2023 – $ 250.00 pp. The better stateroom locations will go first! Cabin assignment or guaranty will be made with full deposit. If you make your deposit within the group prior to six months before travel, you will receive $50.00 On Board Credit per stateroom. Final Payment due January 3, 2024. Optional Travel Insurance is recommended.
A valid US Passport is the preferred form of documentation for US Citizens. Expiration must not be less than 6 months after returning home. If you are traveling with a certified copy of your birth certificate, a valid government issued photo id and marriage license if applicable is required. If you need to return to the States early by air, you must have a valid passport. Please check with the proper authorities prior to sailing for any updated rules and regulations. Failure to provide proper identification at time of boarding will result in denied boarding with no refund on the amount paid. You will need to complete your online registration at www.rccl.com. You can print your SET SAIL PASS and electronic documents for boarding at their website or on the app. Please check cdc.gov for any travel restrictions or alerts prior to final payment or departure date. You will need to comply with Royal Caribbean International ‘s Guest Health, Safety and Conduct Policy. The Cruise is NEITHER sponsored NOR offered by Women In Military Service For America Memorial Foundation, Inc. (Military Women’s Memorial, WIMSA, MWM). There is no tax credit/deduction for taking this cruise vacation.
For this fundraiser cruise when booked through Moore Travel, Royal Caribbean does offer a cruise credit for every 8 staterooms (with a minimum of 16 guests) that sail with our group. The cruise credit will be allocated in the stateroom category equal to the stateroom category in which there are the greatest number of staterooms that sail in the group. The cruise credit earned will be based on the number of staterooms that sail. Royal Caribbean will issue a check in the amount of the cruise credit to the Military Women’s Memorial Foundation after the ship has sailed and the number of passengers has been verified.
