Women, Peace, & Security Panel Discussion

The Military Women’s Memorial (MWM) is well positioned to be a leading voice and resource in support of the U.S. Strategy on Women, Peace & Security and its implementation. MWM’s approach is to place the unique perspectives and experiences of servicewomen at the forefront of discussions with practitioners, scholars, and leaders from across public and private sectors, as well as partner nations, to better understand the essential role of women in global security and defense efforts, and to work toward gender equality for future generations at home and around the globe. In order to influence change and inform policy, MWM will be a platform for inclusive dialogue and discussion around important topics that directly impact servicewomen, our nation’s security, and the stability of our partner nations.
