Live Webinar Health Series: Roundtable Discussion

The Military Women’s Memorial in collaboration with HunterSeven Foundation is pleased to present a Live Webinar Health Series.
Part III of the series will bring in post-9/11 veterans who are also cancer survivors to discuss their battle from entering service to being diagnosed and life afterwards. They’ll offer insight on incidents that occurred, or symptoms they felt to “trigger” a warning for them to seek care. We’ll follow with a list of potential exposures based on their service that may have caused that cancer.
Both male veterans and female veterans will be present from all branches of service and various types of cancers.
This panel includes former top-gun Air Force fighter pilot to a SEAL Team 6 Special Operations Dog Handler, cancers ranging from Ewing’s sarcoma to thyroid cancer, lymphoma to leukemia. This in-depth panel are all post-9/11 veterans we’ve worked alongside in assisting their recovery and path to wellness. The stories are raw, and honest; both heartbreaking and inspirational.
