Join the Military Women’s Memorial for this timely discussion about women serving in special operations, counterterrorism, and the future of warfighting. Join us for an exclusive discussion with Jessica Yahn, Executive Producer of Guerrera, and members of the special operations and counterterrorism community.
In partnership with AllTru, Dulcinea Productions, and the Atlantic Council’s Counterterrorism Project, this event highlights Guerrera, a powerful new docuseries. Guerrera tells the true story of the Cultural Support Teams (CST) and Female Tactical Platoon (FTP), groundbreaking women who operated on the frontlines in America’s longest war. The conversation will explore the significance of bringing these unique perspectives of war to life and how women’s contributions in special forces continue to shape counterterrorism strategies and strengthen today’s U.S. warfighting capabilities ensuring a strategic advantage over adversaries.
Attendees will also have the chance to view unreleased footage from the filming of Guerrera. Additionally, the Military Women’s Memorial will showcase an exhibit honoring women in special operations forces (SOF).
