C. Curtis Morgan (left) clasps a silver identification bracelet on the wrist of PFC Lou Fisher at a ceremony held at Aberdeen Proving Ground, April 1961. The presentation was one of several awards to PFC Fisher, who was named the WAC of the quarter. She was cited for outstanding performance for the period April-June 1961.
